Angelo Gulina

I’m a PhD Student in Philosophy at the FINO Program, conducting research at DAFIST, Philosophy Section, University of Genoa. I am also a Visting PGR ('till February '27) at University of Glasgow, at the COGITO epistemology group. I work with J. Adam Carter on knowledge-how.

My research investigates how competing conceptions of political representation rest on different assumptions about the expertise, competences, judgment, and character of representatives, and what these assumptions imply for the epistemic quality of democratic representation.
